VOLVO EV DASH CONCEPT

While I’ve spent nearly my whole career in the music creation and production space, I’ve got a soft spot for car design, particularly dashboard design. A number of years ago I found myself living only a few miles from a luxury car manufacturer named after a big cat. When a UI design position opened up there, I enthusiastically applied—only to be rejected almost instantly due to the fact that my portfolio had zero automotive work in it.

I did this Volvo dash and infotainment redesign just in case an opportunity like that ever presented itself again. It hasn’t. But this was also a lot of fun to do, and let me pay a little tribute to my favorite automotive brand as well.
